Job Description:
We’re seeking a Research Scientist to join our Nanomedicine Research Laboratory at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad. The position involves working on the project “Brain-Targeted Antibacterial Nanomedicine” under the guidance of Prof. Swati Biswas.
Scope of Work:
- Synthesize polymers
- Characterize physicochemical parameters
- Conduct antibacterial therapeutic effect assays
- Determine in vivo therapeutic efficacy
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (First-Class)
- Preferably fresh Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics or Pharmacology
- Desirable: GATE/NET/GPAT qualification, prior nanoformulation experience, strong English proficiency
Fellowship: Rs. 56,000 + 27% HRA = Rs. 71,120 per month for NET/GATE qualified candidates.
