Job Description:
Collaborate with TMF Inspection Readiness Specialist, maintaining TMF quality and assisting in audit support and archival preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain TMF for ongoing studies per Parexel SOPs.
- Perform completeness checks and milestone reviews.
- Prepare studies for audits and facilitate TMF closure process.
Competencies, Skills, And Abilities:
- Proficient in clinical trial systems and MS-Office.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment and manage work quality.
Knowledge And Experience:
- Experience with clinical trials or managing documentation preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
